by ringfire211 » Fri Jan 20, 2017 12:45 pmWait, Nazi war criminal hiding out in a leprosy colony????!!! Where do they get these ideas from?? What's next?? Hitler's brother discovered hiding in a nudist colony in an old sugar mill located in a hollow volcano which is also secretly holding El Chapo's illegal drug money and Julian Assange's secret laptop?? Gimme a break!
The idea of Nazis in Hawaii was far-fetched even back in 1978 and 1981 when the original Five-O and Magnum, respectively, had stories about Nazis. Even if I did enjoy those episodes. And that was only 30+ years after WWII. Here we are 70+ years after the Big War and we're still gonna use the old Nazi war criminal story line? In Hawaii? In a freakin' leprosy colony??????! What is this? BEN-HUR???

Are you trying to give the buffoons who write for this show more ideas?
by Mr. Mike » Thu Feb 02, 2017 10:25 amThere was some movie I saw where there was this big scene on the beach near the end of the movie which involved a leper colony, maybe the one on Molokai. I think Mako was involved in this. The scene involved some person (maybe a relation to Mako's character) going to Molokai and because this person (assume a she) had been around the lepers, Mako could not go on shore to see her. I don't think this was the movie The Hawaiians, doesn't that movie end with a fire destroying Honolulu's Chinatown? Does anyone know what movie I am trying to remember?
