Season 9 Ready Aim

I watched Ready Aim on my Season 9 DVD I purchased a few weeks ago. It was 1 of about 12 episodes of Classic HFO I never watched before. Mr. Mike's review on Ready Aim was pretty much on the target. There were some good moments with Jimmy Borges character in the purple Spitfire and placing the stolen handguns under the scoop of ice cream in the ice cream containers was very inventive. Iso was a sympathetic character as she was under duress by The Dancer who his crew had her young daughter kidnapped in Japan. Good, solid episode but does not reach the Elite level: Hookman, Highest Castle, Deepest Grave, The Vashons etc. I'd give it 4 stars out of 6 stars on my 6 star system. Same here. That was the only season 9 episode I had never seen prior to getting the DVD.

It was a solid good episode but nothing too special. Fun to see Edward James Olmos as Dancer, prior to his MIAMI VICE days
