10/27/2000 I am so ready for the movie. I think the title should just be,"Hawaii Five-O." Now. . .the sequels may have extra titles so the billions of fans will know which number it is in the series. Wouldn't it be wonderful if "Hawaii Five-O" movies became so popular that lots of them were made? I know that I will go see all of them many times. Now to the casting. Nobody can ever take the place of the original actors. The were all so professional and dedicated into making the show the masterpiece that it was and still is. The new set of actors will have to mold and blend the characters with their own personalities and those of their predecessors. Hopefully, the audience will understand that they are not Five-O clones, but are loyal extensions of the past. I think Harrison Ford(I love to watch him act), Tom Selleck (yes, I know he was Magnum, but I would love to see him in Hawaii again), Martin Sheen (so he's not 6 feet something in height), and Morgan Freeman he's terrific! He would make a great Governor, too). I have to give some thought on the rest of the characters. Have a great weekend. Aloha y'all!

To Mike Quigley or Rita from Van Nuys,Ca or anyone else who may be connected to Mr.Litto can provide any new devlopements on the new Five-O movie yet? Is there a tenative Production starting date? Is there any clue as to who will play the lead role, and the rest of the Five-O Team? I hope Harrison Ford or Tommy Lee Jones will play the lead role whether it be Steve McGarrett or a newly created character. I know these inquires must be getting old,but hope someone will give us fans an update soon on the new movie. As soon as we hear that the movie is being filmed. Then we will know that it will not be long before we get to see it.

Growing up as a kid in Ireland,Hawaii 5 0 and Steve Mc Garrett were our greaters heroes. It was the best television series ever.I hope they make a movie, and I think Pierce Brosnan would be an ideal McGarrett.

Ever since WGN started running H5O again I've been taping the show. Even though it is only showing at 2:30 a.m. Monday morning. When I checked WGN's web site I noticed that after this Monday morning they didn't have the show listed to run anymore. Are they going to stop showing it again and replace it again with more Matlock???? Does anybody know of another national station or network that might pick it up?? Ex. TV Land, TNN etc.

Michael E Hedges I hope those of you who read a small part of the story i am writing for a new 5-0 script, has stirred your intrest, and tapped into your imagination....I have nearly completed this work, and will be submiting it soon to the producers, Why do I get the feeling you're not a pro writer? Unless you have registered your story idea with the Writer's Guild of America West in Los Angeles, your story will only be sent back to you, unopened. It's SOP legal procedure with production companies to protect them legally from unsolicited material sent to them. If you don't know what I'n talking about, suggest you write me offline and I'll explain. Also no writer would EVER give away so much of a story unless it was registered already. Someone else can run to the Guild with the same stuff just from the paragraph, register it, and because they have the earlier "postmark" they will make the sale! Hope you have done so. rita lovpeppard@aol.com
