My vote for the new Jack McGarrett, if there ever is one: Rob Lowe. WAIT! Don't call me crazy! Check Rob out in West Wing, THEN tell me what ya think!

Fantastic website!!! Terrific for 5-0 fans or, for that matter, any fan of vintage TV. I have spent much time on this site. In South Jersey, 5-0 is on WGTW weekdays at 10:00AM. They show the episodes pretty much in order so I can look up an episode in advance and then look for "mistakes". Does anyone know of "mistakes" that are not mentioned in the episode list? The scene of the "speeding blue light" which is used for the opening and closing credits looks to be speeded up; watch the people in the background and how quickly they are walking. It's kind of funny.

Aloha Braddahs! I fully appreciate McGarrets confident, cocky, observant, intuitive, bad-ass, aloha shirt wearin, getting shot and blown up and pullin through, pimp daddy self. And therefore love the sight. It's cool to look up the episode on your site while I watch it on tv. Keep the dream alive.

The high standards of Leonard Freeman are obvious in the filming and plot development of "FIVE-O". I seriously hope any feature film made will live up to his legacy. This show is not 'retro', it is timeless. Jack Lord is the bomb!

I still love Hawaii 50 after all these years. TVLand ran the episodes last year for about a month and I managed to tape about 40 of them. Whenever it's cold and nasty, grey and dreary here is upstate New York, I just pull out the tapes and travel to Hawaii where it is warm and sunny and McGarrett is catching all the criminals. It's a great way to beat the winter blahs! I hope they make the movie soon!

Belated greif for Jack Lord. He is still loved, and I hope he somehow knows this. Actors may not realize how they touch people's life, but he touched mine. I hope he will be remembered for many years.

A brief sample of my cover story for "Hawaii 5-0 The Year of the Jade Scorpion" can be browsed upon by going to Sept,2000 guestbook page. It's still up for grabs! I'll be back in Honolulu in a couple of months. I sure miss the Jacuzzi at the Aston Island Colony, the sun and the fun at the beach at the Pacific Beach Hotel, also the clubs at Resturant Row and Scrupples......Remember what Dorothy said in The Wizard of Oz? Theres no place like home. Umm, I wonder what would have happened if Dorothy landed in Hawaii rather than Oz. Ever walked along the Yellow Brick Road of Waikiki? So lets click those magic shoes and start the long journey home... Aloha, Mike
